Meet Maddy

Maddy Adams understands the corporate grind because she’s lived it. After six years planning high-stakes events and bespoke client experiences at a financial services firm in Seattle, she knows firsthand what busy professionals need: someone who handles every detail so you can simply show up and experience something extraordinary.

But she also knows something else—Europe as an insider.

Years before her corporate career, she’d fallen in love with Italy on a family vacation, leading her to study art history and painting at the Florence Academy, where she later worked in the city's acclaimed restaurant scene and opened and operated a five-star bed and breakfast in Calabria. She discovered a love of hospitality and cultural immersion—of connecting people to art, food, history, and local customs.

In 2022, after extensive solo travel across the Middle East and Southern Africa, Maddy moved to Madrid to earn her Master's in Customer Experience Design from IE Business School. There she combined her hospitality expertise, corporate planning precision, and cultural fluency into one mission: creating transformative travel experiences for people who value authenticity, but don't have time to orchestrate it themselves.

Today, based in Tarifa in Spain's stunning Andalucía region, Maddy designs bespoke journeys in Southern Europe and beyond. Fluent in Spanish and Italian, she provides access to experiences you won't find online—intimate flamenco performances in historic patios, local festivals steeped in tradition, and stays in restored farmhouses where your hosts become friends who share stories over homemade wine.
